You can define a centralized file repository where installation files will be placed. This centralized repository can hold installation files for all the services. When configuring services, you can set the installation files to be downloaded from this location and used for new install or upgrades.

Follow below steps to add and manage the package repository.

Step I: On the Diyotta Manager Console, click Admin , and then select Package Repository

Step II: The Package Repository page displays the required details to connect to the file server to be setup as package repository.

  • Choose Package Repository Type - The remote location can be of SFTP or FTP server.
  • HostSpecifies the hostname or the IP address of the remove server.
  • PortSpecifies the port associated to access the remote server.
  • User Name - User id to connect to the remote server.
  • PasswordPassword for the above user id.

Step III: Choose the repository type as either SFTP or FTP

Step IV: For reference, we have chosen SFTP as the repository type. Enter the connection details, host, port and user credentials for the SFTP system and click Save

Note: If you want to reset the changes done before saving, click Reset.

Step V: The Message window displays the success message. Click Ok
